Grasscity accepts two major payment options.

The credit card option comes first. Credit cards are the most common form of payment when purchasing premium bongs, bubblers, dab rigs, and other smoking essentials.
Customers can add another layer of anonymity to their purchases by paying with Bitcoin or Ethereum through the secure website Utrust.
Grasscity does not offer services like Apple Pay, Zelle, Google Pay, or PayPal. These payment platforms frown on cannabis-related purchases, so even though it’s inconvenient, we won’t be too critical of them for not offering them.

One of our favorite features is how Grasscity has catered to customers from other countries. Grasscity recently added two new warehouses to North America: one in Calgary and one in Las Vegas. Grasscity customer support cannot be reached by phone other than text, which is a bummer.
A ticketed process is used for all support requests, which works well. Once a request is submitted, you’ll get an email ticket and a notification when your issue is addressed.

In addition to its plethora of pot products, Grasscity also offers a virtual lounge where like-minded individuals can hash out answers to their most pressing cannabis questions. Most online head shops do not have this feature; if they do, their forums have very little going for them.

When we say the forums are active, we don’t just mean that you’ll find posts from this year instead of 2007. We suggest they are engaged and actively posting.
At the time of this Grasscity review, there were 1.2 million discussions, over 21.7 million messages, and almost 3,000 users were online. Grasscity touts its forums as the biggest online stoners community, and we’re hard-pressed to disagree.

So What’s Wrong With the Online Head Shop?
We like being objective in our reviews. If a website lacks something, we’ll tell you about it. We looked hard at Grasscity and didn’t find much to complain about.
If you’re stoned, looking through thousands of products to find that one pipe you saw that once looked like; Jimi Hendrix’s guitar might prove challenging. Besides, we don’t feel like a lot is missing at Grasscity. They corner the market on online cannabis accessories and smoke their competition.

We love what they have to offer. The only thing we would caution against is not buckling up for the ride — you will not be underwhelmed at Grasscity, but if you’re not prepared to shop and compare, it’s easy to get caught up in all the products they have to offer.
